A Cry for Help[edit]

"Hail, Warrior. You are <playername>, are you not? Folks around here seem to think you are our protector... I haven't heard from anyone in my village for three days now. It's very unusual. I'm afraid something terrible may have happened! Can you go and make sure everyone is safe?"
Sure, I can do that.
"Thank you so much, <playername>! Let me know as soon as you find out what happened."
I don't have time for this.
"I see. I guess I'll have to find someone else to help."

Speaking to her again if you refused to help:

"I fear my village was attacked..."

Speaking to her again if you offered to help:

"Please hurry. I'm going mad with worry..."

Once you return:

"You're back! I was beginning to worry..."
I'm afraid I bear some tragic news.
"Oh no... what happened to my village?"
It's been razed. No survivors.
"Divines help us... Who would do something like this? Promise me you'll find those responsible and make them pay!"
I'll do my best.
"Thank you, <PlayerName>... I think I need to be alone now."

Into the Fire[edit]

When spoken to outside her village:

"Thank the Divines you're here! I was getting desperate."
Where's Saashi?
"We had just entered the village when a swarm of skeevers attacked us. We tried to run for it, but got separated. She must still be inside, hiding somewhere... I hope!"
Everything's fine.
"You don't understand, Saashi and I were attacked by skeevers as soon as we got here. I managed to escape, but she's still inside, hiding somewhere... I hope."
Don't worry, I'll find her.
"You have to! I'd never forgive myself if something happened to her because of me. I... I guess I'll head back to town now. Please help her!"
Go back to town, I'll save her.
"Thank you, Warrior... we are forever in your debt."

If spoken to again while she runs away:

"I'll send help if we don't hear back from you soon, I promise!"

Wrath of the Sorcerer-King[edit]

"You've saved the town! It was you, wasn't it?"
Yes, it was me.
"Thank you so much. I was starting to panic, thinking about what I would do if those horrible creatures got through the gates.
Who else?
"Of course..."

Either option leads to:

"Why do you go to such lengths? It's not your duty, yet you risk your life for us."
I was born here.
"You were? Now I understand. You went abroad to become mighty, and now you protect your roots. We're very lucky to have you."
If no one else can, it is my duty.
"What a wonderful thing to say. How can you be so selfless and honourable [sic]? Perhaps there is more goodness in the world than it seems."
I was bored.
"I see. Well, I pray that I never become so bored as to look for fights with the undead."

Dialogue[edit]

What do you do for a living?
"I'm a shoemaker, brave Warrior. Perhaps later I can show you my wares?"
I'm looking for an expert in Ayleid ritual magic.
"I'm afraid I don't understand what you're looking for. So sorry."
